Since 1985, Florin|Roebig has fought for clients harmed by personal injury and property loss due to corporate or individual negligence.
Our team includes Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyers and attorneys with advanced post-doctorate degrees in Advocacy. We’ve secured record-setting verdicts, including a $200 million wrongful death award featured on CBS’s 48 Hours.
Two of our verdicts ranked among the Top 50 in the U.S., and we’ve earned national recognition for holding major corporations accountable.

A Hernando County jury delivered the largest contested injury verdict in county history — $42 million — to our client, Patrick Osmond, who was rendered quadriplegic after being served alcohol while underage at a Brooksville Applebee’s.
Trial partners Wil Florin, Tommy Roebig, Frank Miller, John Hart, and Shaun Cummings proved Applebee’s had served underage patrons over 70 times.

Florin|Roebig attorneys Tommy Roebig and Chad Florin secured a jury trial victory for client Jeff Ashline, injured in an early morning intersection collision with a Conex Corporation recycling truck in Ybor City, Tampa. The defendant denied all liability, claiming Mr. Ashline ran a red light. There were no eyewitnesses. A Tampa Circuit Court Jury found Conex 100% liable for the crash. Damages will be determined in a separate trial.

A Sumter County jury awarded $6.1 million to Cindy and Steve Underwood, after Ms. Underwood sustained significant injuries in a motorcycle crash on County Road 48 near Bushnell, Florida. This is believed to be the largest jury verdict in Sumter County history.

After a seven-day trial and 11 hours of deliberation, a Pinellas County jury awarded $7.6 million to client Ehab Mina, who was seriously injured after falling into an unmarked, emptied spa pool. The jury found two Florida corporations each 50% at fault. This is believed to be one of the largest jury verdicts in Clearwater courthouse history.
